The C-Solo Semi-Automatic Filling Machine

The C-Solo is a patented semi-automatic cartridge filling machine designed for ease of use, versatility, and maximum performance with thick oils.

If the cartridge exists the C-Solo can fill it. Some examples:

Screw-on, press-on, snap-on cartridges, disposables and pods. Devices with a tank from 0-1.1mL or 0-3.1mL depending on the model. Devices that need a long needle, a short needle, or a sharp needle to pierce a membrane. Need to fill with two needles at once? No problem. The C-Solo comes standard with a dual needle adapter that allows you to fill disposables and pod systems evenly from both sides. You'll even be able to fill cartridges upside-down! The C-Solo uses a calibrated PID algorithm in combination with powerful heaters and precision temperature sensors to provide the best control, consistency, and fast warm up times. The machine features two temperature zones: Vessel and Syringe. The first controls the temperate of the 500mL holding vessel. The goal here is to warm up the product just enough to be flowable, but not hot enough to degrade the flavor. The second zone for the syringe can be run at a higher temperature than the vessel, further thinning out the product to flow quickly and evenly into the device. The two zones work together to keep your product at the lowest temperature for the least amount of time which reduces degradation of flavor and leads to a better end user experience.

The HP Syringe System provides the power and pressure required to flow the thickest product through needles as tiny as 24ga. (A 24ga needle has an opening of 0.015 inches, or about the diameter of 5 human hairs.) This provides fast filling times in any scenario and translates directly to faster production. The system is precision machined from food grade stainless steel and sealed up with food grade rubber and plastic compounds.

Maintenance on the C-Solo is minimal, and all of the major components can be used, cleaned, and reused for the life of the machine. The consumable components such as o-rings and needles are easy to replace and the C-Solo comes out of the box with an abundant supply of consumables.
